Admissions

Applications for admission are accepted on a continual basis and can be obtained through our Social Service Coordinator. Acceptance is made on the basis of the greatest need, as determined by the Admissions Committee. Criteria for admission includes, but is not limited to the following:

The child must

be in need of 24 hour skilled nursing care
not have an active or chronic communicable disease
not be ventilator dependent

Due to safety concerns and the limitations of our facilities, children who are ambulatory or who have higher levels of physical and mental function are not commonly accepted for admission. Parents considering admission of their child to our facility are encouraged to visit us.

Questions regarding cost and payment sources can be obtained through the Center's Director of Social Services or the Administrator.
